If exposed to weather elements, the materials will eventually wear. ITEM DAMAGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS: REFUNDS Only items shipped USPS Priority Mail (buyers choice at checkout) will be eligible for refunds. If you receive a damaged item, & it was shipped USPS Priority Mail, save all of the packaging materials. Take photos of all parts of the package & damaged item. Send me a message with photos & brief description of package received. An insurance claim will be filed once all of this information is received. Customer should save all parts of the package until the insurance claim is fully processed; this may take up to 6 weeks. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF ANY PART OF THE PACKAGE IS NOT SAVED. All items shipped USPS first class or USPS parcel select ground are not eligible for refunds. RETURNS If you would like to return your item, item must be shipped back to seller using equivalent packaging (or better) & postage paid by customer.
