Beautiful Queen Nefertiti bust lamp in Onyx Neo-Egyptian Art Deco style & in great condition. Nefertiti, whose name means a beautiful woman came, was the queen of Egypt & the wife of Pharaoh Akhenaton in the 14th century BC. She & her husband created the cult of Aton, the sun God, & promoted Egyptian works of art radically different from those of his predecessors. A bust of Nefertiti is one of the most emblematic symbols of Egypt. The top of the hat is mounted with two metal pins & can be removed to replace the bulb.
