Vintage Aseda Swedish Blue Glass Vase Hooped Cased Gorgeous deep petrol blue / turquoise opaque glass vase. Striking hooped, very mid century design. A very beautiful vintage Swedish vase that will make a great display piece. Blue glass lined/cased with white glass. Designed by Bo Borgstrom & handmade in Sweden in the 1960s by Aseda. It is approximately 18cm high & 11cm wide. in excellent vintage condition with only a few minor signs of age. Note: we are specialist sellers, & also collectors of glass, so you can be confident in the accuracy of our descriptions - we aim for buyers to receive items in the same or better condition than they were expecting, & our reviews should illustrate this. Aseda Glasbruk was founded in Southern Sweden in 1947 & went out of business in 1977. Bo Borgstrom was the lead designer for Aseda in the 1960s.
