Rare, round Christmas candle holder plated with 24-carat gold designed by Hugo Asmussen in the 70s. This model was later produced by Asmussen's family-based company 'Design Asmussen.' Stamped at the bottom, 'Hugo Asmussen, Made in Denmark, 24-carat gold plated'. The price is for the round base & five candle holders. The price includes FREE shipping. The series is from the known 'Drop' series that contains a variety of candle holders. Excellent, vintage condition with only a few signs of use. This particular candle holder is from around 2000. MEASURES (height x width): 9 x 7.9 (23x20 cm) ABOUT THE DROP SERIES: The Drop candlesticks are processed in brass, then finished in a grinding process, & finally through a special electrolytic treatment, plated with 24-carat gold. A production process that requires know-how & precision, as even the slightest inaccuracy or grain of dust can be seen. Danish design, 'Made in Denmark', is characterized by a high degree of professionalism & elegance. MAINTENANCE: If you take good care of the candlesticks, you can enjoy them for many years. It is essential to be aware that the products are never polished.
