WMF COPPER TRAY An early Art Nouveau (circa 1900) German copper tray by WMF (Wrttembergische Metallwarenfabrik). Decorated with typically stylised Art Nouveau etched & punched designs in a symmetrical pattern. The edges are crimped & scrolled. The handles are brass as are the little ball feet on the underside. The maker's mark (the early ostrich logo) is stamped on the underside. Date: Early Art Nouveau period, circa 1900. Condition: Fair condition & fully functional. The tray has been left uncleaned to preserve the patina so consequently has tarnish all over. The base of the tray has several light dings.
