The Slate Plaques are made from natural slate & measure 17cm x 13cm, 20cm x 15cm or 30cm x 20cm & are supplied with a screws, screwcaps & wall plugs. HOW TO ORDER Choose your family members from the pictures shown & once purchased please let me know the wording & which family members you require For Example - 5 Greenfield Avenue & family members D1, M6, G1, B7, & P1 or The Smith's D2, M5, P5, P7 Depending on the family members chosen sometimes I will have position the characters in slightly different order than the photos shown, usually I just move the pets to the left hand side Any questions please contact me. Please write clearly in the notes exactly what you want on the slate, please do not write No 9 if you only want the number 9 without the word No. Also I copy & paste everything so I will copy exactly how you write it in the notes so if you only want the surname wrote I.e. Smith then Just write Smith or if you want The Smiths then please write it exactly how you would like it on the slate. The writing is Not printed onto the slate, they are surface engraved using a state of the art laser engraver which fuses the slate giving it a more natural look & protection from the elements so is suitable for inside or outside. The plaques go darker when wet but regain the colour when dry.
