Description

This cranberry red item from Nine Iron Studios looks like a bottle but is actually a candle holder that can double as a vase according to the artist, Michael Schunke. The artist called this color Ruby, possibly from the original name for cranberry glass of gold ruby. Overall, the candle holder stands 12-5/8 (32.1 cm) tall. The bottle top / candle socket features a black tipped drop similar to his waterdrop series of vases & it is accented in 24k gold leaf. This piece is 6-1/2 (16.5 cm) long & the socket measures 1-1/4 (3.2 cm) in outside diameter. The body is 3-3/4 (9.5 cm) in diameter. The pieces are in excellent condition without chips, flea bites, scratches, or staining. It is signed just above the base Nine Iron Studios. This was produced ca. 2000 according to Michael.
