Vintage English Oak Tavern Table by Titchmarsh & Goodwin. This is a superb English Oak Tavern Table by the renowned cabinet makers Titchmarsh & Goodwin. My parents bought it in the mid 1990s but have recently downsized & no longer have room for it. It has been looked after & is still in really lovely condition with some very light signs of wear. It is a reproduction of the circular tables which were used in taverns throughout the 17th & 18th century. It has a shaped frieze beneath the table top & an under-shelf for handy storage. The legs are baluster turned & the whole piece is extremely well made & put together. The table top has a diameter of 60cm. The under-shelf measures 36cm x 36cm & the table stands 59cm tall. It's a really lovely piece of furniture! Buying from outside the UK? It can be very difficult to calculate international shipping costs as they vary so much based on weight & package size.
