All of our products are MADE TO ORDER. We currently have an 10 week lead time for make, your order is then placed on an Express delivery service. A truly stunning handmade ottoman in Emma Shipley Lynx Pink Linen. Our ottomans are handmade in our Somerset workshop, made with care & precision. These ottomans are made using quality materials & are strong enough to be sat on. The lids are made with high density foam which offers comfort for seating. The lids are made with easy opening gas struts, one of each side of the inner lid. The legs are handcrafted by ourselves & made from solid oak wood. The approximate dimensions for this ottoman are Height 58cm x Length 125cm x Width 45cm. If you require a specific sized ottoman/footstool, please do not hesitate to message us & we can create this for you. We do try & keep the pattern placement in the same position as the ottomans in the photographs. We do also make matching scatter cushions, available on requests. The majority of our products are made to order. We currently have a lead time of 10 weeks for make, orders are then placed on an Express delivery service. As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you via Etsy along with your tracking information. If you are unsure on the colour or material of the product, please message us & request a fabric swatch before ordering. These are free of charge. TERMS & CONDITIONS - Furniture Delivery is a flat rate of 15.00 to all UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping. But we are happy to work with any company that you arrange yourself. We do not offer refunds/returns on any of our handcrafted furniture. The onus is on the customer to make sure that the measurements & the fabric will fit & of course suit your interior space. As mentioned above if you have any queries regarding the fabric or dimensions, please do not hesitate to contact us & we will be happy to help. As we are a small UK business creating made to order items, we can not accept returns unless the items have been damaged in transit if reported immediately or in anyway deemed faulty.
