A gorgeous patchwork quilt or playmat for a baby made from the most beautiful elephant prints. The quilt is made from 48 squares - all cut from three corresponding fabric designs & measuring 10 x 10cm approximately. One third of the squares are cut from a stunning floral print on a pale blue background. Another third of the squares features different coloured butterflies on a darker pink background. The final third of the quilt is made from squares cut from fabric featuring larger elephants. All three fabrics work wonderfully together & the colours used would gain the attention of any child. The whole quilt is bordered with a matching print of hearts in various matching colours identicial to the ones used in the main patchwork design. The quilt is fully backed in a plain blue cotton & is padded with 100% natural cotton wadding. Two rows of machine quilting around the heart border adds further detail.
