Made from one of my original sculptures. Cast in a dense plaster, approximately 17 cm high, Sits on a flat surface. Painted with black acrylic paint, then coloured using gilders wax in a silver finish. Mean't for indoor use. The design originated from a conversation with a pagan lady who was fond of hares & spoke of their magical attributes. I had not really noticed them before & really thought of them as rabbits. After looking closely it interesting to see the physical differences & characteristics. I love the idea of them gazing at the moon while hidden in the forest. I originally made this as a wall plaque (available in my shop) but thought the arrangement lent itself to a candle holder.
