Here is a wonderful wall hanging wooden Victorian coat rack with a bevelled inset mirror...so great to check you're looking dapper, just before you leave the house! The wood has decorative detailing plus there are four generous sized hooks for you to hang your coats, hats & scarves etc. Its hung by two metal fixings which are secured to the back. When I purchased this, I was told that this came from a Victorian Manor House in Chepstow & the gold detailing was a replacement for a missing hook...which I think works really well. This rack is steeped in history & would make a great addition to any home, giving it fabulous character & style. Condition This is in excellent antique condition with some signs of wear & tear of which you'd expect for an item of this age. There is some rubbing to the wood in a few places but nothing that can't be either disguised or left as it is, as it's part of the racks history. The glass is showing a fair amount of distress but nothing that detracts you from its beauty. Please view the photographs to ensure your understanding of your purchase.
