Absolutely beautiful wooden candle holder. I am not a wood expert, but the detailing is gorgeous. There was pride in this creation. I cannot quite make out the artist signature on the bottom. Initials are W.P.S. Last name is spelled out. Also appears to have a V burned or inscribed into the base. Would be stunning on a hearth. Last few photos are new listings. Looks like it would hold a standard tapered candle. Approx. measurements are 10 H x 4.25 W. Opening is 3/4. Weighs 1lb 5oz. in very good vintage condition. Has only a few small scuffs.
