This antique victorian nursing chair is in good condition overall but does have a few scratches here & there, which is only to be expected. As as can be ascertained, the filling is of horse hair & the underside cover is hessian. The legs are on wheels, which are original. We believe that the wood frame is made of mahogony. A fantastic purchase for either a modern or victorian setting.
