Available as A5, A4 or A3. Printed on the highest quality 265gsm satin/ oyster photo paper. Frame not included. You will receive a print only. A4 & A5 prints will be packed carefully & sent in a sturdy 'Do not bend' envelope. A3 prints will be rolled & posted in a sturdy postage tube to prevent damage on it the way to its new home. Postage disclaimer All orders are sent out with Royal Mail unless discussed otherwise. Most parcels are being delivered on time, but some are still delayed. The timeframes offered by Etsy & Royal Mail are ESTIMATED & therefore not guaranteed. As standard, orders are dispatched using 2nd Class, but there is the option to upgrade to 1st Class at check out. I highly recommend that if you need an item for a specific date in the near future, to upgrade to 1st Class. Once the order has left me, unfortunately I have no control over delivery times. Royal Mail do not consider anything lost until 10 working days after the due date for both 1st & 2nd Class post. Personalised items cannot be refunded due to their nature - so in the rare event that a personalised item should go missing in the post, a replacement will be sent out. No refunds will be offered. Similarly, no refund will be offered for non-personalised items that arrive late unless the item is returned to me first. Once I receive the return, I can then issue a refund minus the postage fees.
