This is a stunning Antique French Church Brass Candlestick with such presence! It is a medium height but the base is so ornately decorated with ivy & swirls that it feels like a much larger piece. It will make a striking statement piece in any modern home, I love it! Originally it would have been an alter piece, holding a large, wide candle. It has a lovely patina, which I have left in Ase it is to your taste, but with a bit of polishing one could shine it up, I am sure! It is in super timeworn condition & has been looked after extremely well. It measures approximately: 10 / 25cm High to the top of the sconce. 8 / 20cm wide at the base.
