If you decide to burn them, make sure to place them on an even , fire resistant surface & only burn them within sight! Burning time will be less than an hour. Our candles are hand poured & small imperfections may appear,even though we give our best to deliver the best products. !!Colour may be different depending on the scent used. Please contact us before making a purchase if you are not sure about the colour-scent combination. Black cherry scent is highly pigmented & will turn your candle yellowish. Please allow slight color difference due to different monitors & lighting environments. We are committed to reduce waste & we are reusing most of the packing items we receive from our suppliers. Using soy wax, our candles are vegan friendly,environmental friendly & they do not release toxins when lit. Sometimes candles may develop frosting wich is a natural effect in vegetable waxes that will give a stone effect to your candle. This appears because the wax is trying to return back to its natural form & as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way & also means your wax is 100% natural. All candles are poured to order & dispatch times may vary. Candle care: keep your candles away from direct sunlight or heat sources; heat can melt your candles & they might loose shape. If dropped,the candle will break. Due to the fact our candles are made to order, we don't accept returns, but if you have a problem with your candle, please contact us.
