Your card & envelope will be sent within a clear cello sleeve & a board-backed envelope. Please note, we ship from the UK so delivery times to other countries may vary. Items sent within the UK are sent via 2nd class post unless otherwise arranged. Please allow at least 3 working days for delivery after your item has been dispatched. This is only a guide & may take longer. Royal Mail does not class post as being missing until 10 working days (Mon-Fri) after the date of posting. If your items have not arrived after 10 working days a full refund or replacement will be given. Items sent outside of the UK will be sent International Standard & take a minimum of 7-10 working days for delivery after dispatch. This is the most cost-effective method of posting & does not have tracking. If you wish for your parcel to be tracked, please ensure you upgrade to this option.
