I post any day of the week including Sundays. I use online Etsy postage which will give a proof of postage document. Please choose the option for postage & ensure you click the correct option. Do you post outside of the UK? I do post international orders. My prints are sent via normal non tracked post via Royal Mail, again please click on the tracked option if you want your item tracked. Do you accept returns? I cannot accept returns on personalised items, however, if the order is damaged please do let me know. What if there is a mistake on the print? It is your responsibility to ensure that you give me the correct spelling of words. If you have made a mistake & do not notice it until you have the print then you will have to purchase another item if you want the mistake correcting (always contact me as I will always try & accommodate this & wouldn't charge the full price as the print is already designed). If it is my mistake I will always correct this & send you a new print at my cost. I always send a proof prior to printing for personalised items so please please check your print thoroughly. Why does the colour look different? Please be aware that colour can vary from screen to screen. Please be careful if using a mobile or tablet which has a tendency to lighten colours.
