This vintage ceramic Christmas scene illuminated! There is a hole on the back to insert a small bulb, & the crescent moon is full of pinholes to let the light shine through. Please note: this will not light up a room. The pinholes are tiny, just enough to let little pinpricks of light shine through. The piece is hand painted. The front features Santa Claus on the roof of a pink cottage nestled in the pine trees. The Christmas Star shines high in the sky above. The back has Santa's sleigh & reindeer hovering in the sky over a scenic little village. The navy blue crescent moon has been coated in silver glitter. There are a couple of tiny chips on the points of the moon, but they are not noticeable from the front. The piece shows a bit of wear, but is overall in fabulous vintage condition. Piece measures about 9 tall x 6 wide. The hole for the bulb is about 3/4 tall. Light not included. Please Note: All of the items that I sell in my shop are vintage items.
