Description
a wonderful Japanese glass vase in the form of a pitcher or jug for Leftons. This beautiful glass vase is made in clear glass with a delicate swirling pattern of pink & lilac. the vase has a polished circular & recessed base which rises up into a full belly of vertical ribs towards the throat of the vase. this becomes a slender neck & a tall protruding lip at the rim. there is also a hand formed handle which attaches at the rim & at one side. the vase is a lovely soft colour & is translucent to allow light to pass through it. the vase stands at 175mm & it is 75mm in diamater across the belly. it is in wonderful vintage condition & is unsigned.
