Any name can be added to the back of the cup (the name will be added in white unless requested other wise) Processing time is currently 3-10 days on all orders (the next day delivery option can be purchased on my Etsy if orders are needed sooner - this is for UK orders only) Please be aware of peak periods & preferably order in advance. Care must be taken whilst cleaning the cups & if not cleaned properly the vinyl could start to peal away from the cup. To clean - Hot water & washing up liquid can be used on the mugs but please DO NOT use a tea towel or any other form of dishcloth when cleaning the mugs as the effect of the bond of the vinyl may be effected.
