This puts your item ahead of all other orders & is sent as either Tracked 24 or untracked, depending on which you choose. We aim to get this to you in 3 working days but cannot be held responsible if there are delays with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 delivers on weekends. Tracking is only provided when you select the tracked services. Please keep in mind it still takes us time to make your order, postage time is additional to the processing time. We are an Eco-friendly company & send items in eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. P O L I C I E S & I N F O R M A T I O N ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch - we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving, in it's unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees. DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, which are outside of our control.
