ITEM INFORMATION: A gorgeous decoration with TilleyTree wooden heart charm. First Christmas as....Personalise this ornament to say whatever you'd like! Please specify which font you'd like for each part, otherwise we will use our best judgement, matching closely to the examples shown. We include 2021 in the heart charm on all of these ornaments unless you tell us otherwise - it can also be without a date. Measuring 10cmx10cm (excluding ribbon & wooden heart) PACKAGING & GIFT WRAP - We are an eco-friendly company & use no plastic in our packaging. - This ornament comes on its own piece of Christmas-themed backing card & is placed into an eco-friendly cardboard slip. - However, if you'd like it gift-wrapped, it comes presented in a small postage box (which the postage label then goes onto) & the ornament is wrapped in recycled Kraft paper & stuck together with eco-tape, it is then tied together with paper ribbon with a gift tag. This is then placed on a bed on eco-friendly straw. This option is best if you are sending directly to the recipient. Please say if you'd like multiple ornaments to come in multiple boxes & we will package them separately, otherwise they will be wrapped separately but all placed in one postage box. - When you select the gift-wrapping option, you may also leave a note to address to the recipient. We print this onto recycled paper & pop it into your parcel. - We do not include receipts/order information within the packaging - anything you need is available as paperless via Etsy - but get in touch if you'd like a paper copy. ORDER PROCESSING: - As we are a very small company & make everything ourselves at home, orders will take between 2-3 working days to process AFTER the date of ordering. - Put your personalisation options in the fields provided. Message us directly if needed. - Wood grain marks & colouring may vary slightly as wood is a natural product. - Your spelling & grammar is your responsibility, please double-check before ordering. POSTAGE UK - The est. delivery time is based on our processing time & normal postage (Royal Mail 2nd Class). - in a hurry? You can choose to upgrade postage from the basket page.
