The light was just stunning near the village of Reine in Lofoten Norway on this day. I had just had a fabulous lunch of fish soup at Anitas Seafood & felt warm & cozy so decided to wander around with my camera to see what I could see. I saw what looked like a lovely little yellow boathouse or garage actually in the parking lot of Anitas seafood just standing on its own. As I stood there looking at it, I got a beautiful warm ray of afternoon light that came across both the mountain behind it & the house & it really spoke to me of the perfect symetry of the mountains, people & water that is Lofoten. I find out later that this is actually a famous symbol of Lofoten & I am not the first to capture it, but I love the sunny feel on a white winter day with the yellow from the house & the yellow from the sun. Especially if you are looking for a hygge style in your home, I think this wall art would be a great addition. I offer all of my photography on either high quality photographic paper that you can choose to frame yourself or ready to hang canvas wraps or high-definition metal prints.
