This is a lovely vintage Queen Anne style desk with its original drop handles standing on elegant cabriole legs. It has 2 lovely deep draws & a central draw. It has been handpainted in Annie Sloan old white & the top has been painted in Paris Grey. It has been distressed in places to expose the natural wood & then waxed with clear wax & dark wax to create an aged patina. The two good sized drawers & middle draw have been cleaned & treated with Danish oil, & are in very good condition. The dainty drop handles have been cleaned & then gently waxed with a dusting of gold gilding wax. It is quite versatile so it could be used as a dressing table, desk or console table. Dimensions Width 117cm Height 75cm Depth 49cm It is in a very good condition for its vintage age but please remember that this is an old vintage piece of furniture, therefore it will show signs of slight wear & tear, any obvious flaws are specified. The back left leg has had a repair at sometime but is strong & sturdy. All furniture is upcycled & restored to a high standard then hand painted with Annie Sloan chalk paint, then sealed with several coats of clear wax for added protection & durability. A touch up pot of paint & after care advice sheet are provided with all pieces purchased. DELIVERY COST IS FOR MAINLAND UK. Packaging materials Your piece of furniture will be bubble & shrink wrapped for protection during transportation. Antique & vintage pieces are sold with all the wear & tear & characteristics of age. Any major flaws will be described in the Item Details. If you receive an item & are genuinely not happy then of course you can return it to me. Once I have received it & can confirm that the item is in the same condition as when it left me I will refund the purchase price. However delivery costs are separate & are non refundable.
