They are made by the Victor Silver Co. who used a quadruple plate process that makes their silver pieces feel really hefty. These pieces are so appealing because they have the simple lines & weightiness of a real utilitarian piece... not a fine silver tea set... instead something that was used all the time & would be just as comfortable holding flowers or pencils as it is holding cream.
