Each coaster comes with 4 cork pads on bottom to avoid scratches & sliding. Taking care of your coasters; To clean your coasters just wipe clean with a damp cloth. Handmade items Please remember these are handmade items, each piece is unique & may have slight differences from the ones pictured, such as knots, grain patterns or color variances. Rest assure I take pride in every piece & would never send you anything that I would not display in my own home. (If you are a lover of knots like me please leave a note in the note to seller box at checkout & I will try to accommodate your knotted wishes) All wood crafts are made from quality store bought wood, handpicked, sanded, painted/stained & sealed with a protective coating by me. PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING Hand Crafted Items - are made to order with a 1-2 week processing time, once complete they will be shipped using USPS priority mail 2-3 day shipping with insurance & tracking or standard ground 2-9 days, depending on what you choose at checkout. I am not liable for return shipping costs on packages with incomplete/unknown addresses so please verify your address is usps/fedex verified before checking out or if you're in a new build & have been having problems receiving packages I recommend having your order sent to parents house or work address instead.
