This beautiful personalised print is available framed or unframed & comes in 8inch, 10inch & 12inch sizes. We offer two different maps for this design; Ordnance Survey maps (greyscale) These are only available for map locations in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) Worldwide maps (black & white) These can be used for any location in the world. With both white & black frames available, why not complete the look & purchase this personalised gift framed? Printed using a commercial digital printer on quality 250gsm luxury silk paper. Size: when available (this is the size of the print inside the frame, the frame itself will be larger) Small - 8inch x 8inch Medium - 10inch x 10inch Large - 12inch x 12inch Finish: Print only - This is the paper section of the design, a physical copy will be posted. Print + Mount + Backing Board - This is the paper section + a cardboard mount & backing board that can be inserted into your own frame. (Frame not included) Standard frames - Handmade in the UK with an 18mm border. Our standard frames include a safe high quality acrylic glazing, that is similar to glass. Premium frames - Handmade in the UK with an 30mm border. Our solid wood premium frames are painted white or black with an exposed grain & are fitted with glass. All premium frames are fitted with mounts to add that extra feel of quality. (Premium frames are only available for the 10inch x 10inch size) Proofing: We do not send a proof of this design before dispatch unless a one has been requested before or at time of ordering. Please make sure to fill in the details correctly & check all your information is correct before submitting it as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. OS maps are highly detailed however they do not show all road names. The map will be centred on the location provided & cover roughly 4km squared. The house location will be in the heart but not necessarily in the middle of it. Images on the listing are for illustration purpose, as all our designs are made to order the product you receive may differ slightly from those shown on the listing. If your the location is a new build, please check with us before ordering as the property might not be plotted on the mapping system yet. If this check is not made before ordering your design may not have the property plotted on it. Worldwide black & white maps show water & roads in black. If there are not many roads or water courses in the area you have requested the map will show a lot of white. On black & white maps we use a solid heart over the location. If an Ordnance Survey map is requested for a map locations outside of Great Britain we will automatically swap this to Worldwide maps so we can complete the order.
