Beautiful antique pair of French bronze religious alter candleholders dating from the early 1900's. These are a matching pair of gorgeous antique French candlesticks that has been made of bronze with a lovely deep rich patina which has naturally gathered over time,lovely tactile feel. Strong geometric octagonal shape which starts at the top of the candle holder & includes the column & the base, supported on 8 small bracket feet & in side the candle trays at the top are chunky bronze spikes to keep the candles firm & upright. Very bold & geometric antique French alter candle holders which measures 30 cm ( 12) tall, 14 cm x 14 cm (5 1/2 x 5 1/2) across the bases Very heavy weighing 2.800g unwrapped for the pair in fantastic condition for age & use, no breaks or repairs, no dents or dings.
