This is an attractive chest of drawers which dates to the late 20th century. The chest is made from solid pine & is well made, solid & fairly heavy. It is set on a deep base plinth & fitted with five spacious drawers finished with turned wooden handles. The drawer interiors are in clean condition & the drawers run well. I have hand painted the chest in my own mix of water based black paint before distressing the finish for a gently aged look. The paintwork is solid colour & has been waxed for protection, the finish is fairly matt & smooth. CONDITION The chest is generally in good structural condition with various minor cosmetic marks of age & use. On the top towards the back is a knot in the wood which can be seen below the paintwork. MEASUREMENTS height - 97cms width - 106.5cms depth- 51cms The measurements are taken at the widest points. Delivery is usually made within 3 weeks of the purchase date.
