This listing is for 1 chair Classic & collectable Carimate chairs, by the Architect Vico Magistretti, model #892, (armless version) designed in 1959 for a golf club in Carimate, Lombardy. This design was first imported into Britain by Terence Conran around 1962 & sold through his store ‘Habitat’. With rush seats, robust beech frames & timeless simplicity to the design. Perfect fro minimal & natural interiors with a midcentury or modern bohemian feel. Solid beech frames in good vintage condition, with some marks to the wood. The rattan seats are in good condition to their age but have some wear as pictured. Solid natural beech wood frames with rush seats. in good solid vintage condition with no damage to the frames or rush seats. Condition: very good vintage condition, some wear & tear marks consistent with use & the odd ding, please review photos, gorgeous aged patina. Rush seat are in excellent condition & the chairs are solid & comfortable.
