A lovely vintage spindle back Windsor chair in the style of Ercol, & saddle seat - it has been painted many times in its life & is now a bright, off white colour with a vintage finish It has a lovely shape with a large arching back rest, solid softly squared seat & slightly splayed turned wood tapered legs. A solid & timeless piece which is structurally sound & has the appropriate knocks & imperfections as with a well loved piece that has been used & has developed an aged Patina Great at a desk or dressing table or just as an occasional chair, being suitable for office, kitchen, hallway or bedroom suiting a range of interiors styles from rustic, to bohemian, coubtry kitchen & Scandi. Measures: 82cm height | Seat 40cm w x 36cm deoth approx | seat height 44cm | overall depth 42cm | Condition: A very good solid make of chair, which has been over-painted many times & has worn / chipped in places around the seat edges / legs / top of back rest.
