This lovely rare cutlery item is English & dates from around the turn of the last century. It resembles a little garden shovel & has a nice etched detail on its 'bowl'. It is marked 'EPGSS' on the reverse of its handle. It would perhaps best be suited for serving jam & is in good condition but has suffered significant plate wear over the years (see pics).
