Mid-century Swedish flatweave signed Ingegerd Silow (1916-2005). Ingegerd Silow was one of the most prominent flat weave artists of the mid-century era in Sweden. Her weaves are constantly increasing in popularity. Larger design with beige & brown variations in geometrical shapes with green & warm earthy details. the rug is titled Siljan & has the original tag intact. Size, excl. fringes: 230x170cm or 7'7x5'7 Material: Wool on flax warp Age: Second half of 20th century Condition: overall very good condition. Minor wear & tear consistent with age.
