Two black Shar Pei (one on each side) stand in profile under a lace border on this gorgeous, & highly detailed handmade ceramic stoneware coffee mug. This hearty piece holds 21 oz. With multiple layers of glaze, this piece of art will have you gazing at the amazing details over & over again. The handle features three Shar Pei heads for that extra special touch. -Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning! -Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability & ease of use & cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed & feature our maker's mark. -Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted & no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques & shapes.
