Description
This pair of pillowcases are in nice 1940's-1950's vintage condition. They have been recently laundered & come from a smoke & pet free home. They may not be exactly as white as they once were but I'd say pretty close. There is a spot near the side on the front & also a tan dot on the front of the other one. (I didn't see them before washing so I didn't pre-treat & may or may not fade) They have a label reading: Springmaid, Luxury Muslin & feel heavier than most pillowcases. The hand embroidery is not the finest work but a nice Dutch design with a wooden shoe & tulips in red, bright golden yellow, blue, brown, & bright green. The pillowcases measure 20 in. by 29 1/2 in.
