A stunning dressing table restyle recently completed as a commission order. The brief for this stunning Queen Anne style dressing table was, light bright & beautiful. My lovely client wanted, a colour palette of blues, violets & purple & they wanted it bright & breezy! So after a full consultation, where we discussed colour options & a host of different designs, we settled on a delightful cheery fabric; which was used to great effect. I do love to use fabrics in my designs as there are so many options available, so definitely something for all styles & tastes. As for the overall colour, this is a classic & one that never fails to deliver, so the choice was an easy one & it complements the fabric effortlessly. The next design win for this piece, however, has just got to be the drawer pulls. Now these are the original ones, with a little makeover of course, but honestly, they are simply stunning; & couldn’t have been any more beautiful in my opinion. Finally to the stool fabric. I’m fortunate enough to have the most amazing fabric supplier, who offers a vast range of choices, so finding the perfect colour could not be easier!
