This small handleless creamer/milk jug is perfect for making a cup of coffee or tea & compliments other products in the collection. Wider than the previous small jug & in a plain glaze. Hand thrown & turned using locally produced stoneware iron-rich clay & glazed in a plain blue grey glaze before firing for a second time to a higher temperature of 1250oC. It combines on-trend Scandi style together with a traditional earthy textured glaze to give it its rustic artisanal charm. The underside has an impressed Wistanswick Pottery mark & unglazed foot ring which exposes the natural stoneware clay & focuses on truth to material. Each piece is designed & crafted at the pottery in the rural village of Wistanswick, Shropshire. Because the creamer has been hand thrown & not made in a conventional mould, there will be slight differences in measurement, glaze finish & decoration which gives it its unique individual character. Safe to use in the microwave & dishwasher, however we recommend washing by hand.
