About the product This is a wooden coffee arrow sign. This is a great handmade product from wood made with love right here in my family home. This product can be used as a nice handmade birthday present. - Letters are cut out on scroll saw. - It hangs by jute rope. - Material - ash tree. - Stained in a red poppy color. I am using in my projects Natural Stain which is made of Boiled Linseed Oil & highest quality of mineral pigments, zero VOC. Product soaks deep into the wood, highlights its structure & increases its resistance to environmental impacts, -UV, moisture, etc. Technology allows the wood to be coloured & protected in a single coat. About wooden boards I am using in my projects: I am buying 2'' thick boards. First these boards are sawed in 1/2'' thick laths. These laths are glued together to 8'' wide board. Than boards are planed from both sides to 3/8'' thickness. After that the boards are sanded with two size sandpaper 100 & 180. & after this I am using these boards in my projects. These boards are stronger & better against curving. I am using scroll saw & laser engraver. Mostly I am using ash tree, sometimes alder or pine tree.
