For sale is this Japanese Hand Painted Nippon Tea Pot, Creamer & Covered Sugar Bowl set done in a beautiful daisy floral design with a dark blue/gray band at the top with a raised white dot design. On the bottom of the pieces is the hand painted Japan backstamp with a raised 5 Point Star. This listing includes the following pieces: (1) Teapot with lid that stands approx. 6-1/2 high & 7-1/2 across from pour spout to handle & 5 across at the base. (1) Large creamer that stands approx. 4 high & 4-1/2 across from pour spout to handle & 3-3/4 across at the bottom. (1) Large covered sugar bowl with lid that stands approx. 5 high & 6 across from handle to handle & 4-1/4 across the bottom. Condition: Some light wear to the gold on the creamer & loss of gold on the rim of the teapot. A spot of blue paint on the inside of the handle of the creamer & in the inside. A small nick at the rim of the pour spout of the teapot(see last picture). Please look at all of the pictures as they are part of the description.
