All items are made in the UK, please bear this in mind when ordering from countries outside of the UK as in some circumstances items can take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to customs & overseas postal services which are beyond my control. - All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post (NOT TRACKED) - Please double check the delivery address before purchasing as replacement items / refunds will not be given for incorrect delivery addresses. Returns: We do not issue refunds, unless the item has arrived with you damaged, in this case please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns once the 30 days have passed. Refunds will not be granted unless the item is returned to us. Buyer pays return postage.
