This tough scooter has a steel construction, TPR hand grips, hand brake, bell, and foot grips which all contribute towards making this a super quality and great value scooter. To operate the scooter, simply swing lower body to the right and then swing to the left. Repeat these actions and the scooter will move forward easily and continually.
