It is made of a lightweight water resistant material and has a full waterproof zip fastening, mesh inner for comfort, long sleeves with ribbed cuffs, plus hood with toggles. There are also toggles to the waist for an adjustable fit, and two zipped pockets to the front which allow you to store belongings securely.
