Grow fresh produce at home with our Fennel of Florence Seeds. It produces crisp bulbs with a mild sweet aniseed flavour that's particularly good with pork and fish. Alternatively, the bulbs can be braised and roasted in an easy vegetable tray baked, steamed with fish, used in soups or stir-fried. Sow outdoors from May to July, ready to harvest from July to October. The average pack contains 250 seeds.
