When we first set eyes on our Florence ruffle skirt (an update on our beloved Floriza) we let out an audible gasp of joy. It's a statement piece alright, but we've made it feel instantly more wearable by giving it a soft jersey base. We've added layer upon layer of tiered mini ruffles in lightweight mesh to create maximum volume and impact.
