The piece has a new non-stick coating even 10x release capability durability compared to any coating with titanium particles to scratch-resistant and PFOA free: Eterna + Ti. The pancake includes a turbo induction bottom: An encapsulated aluminium light layer of 5mm with a stainless steel coating that allows a quick and uniform heat distribution saving time and energy suitable in all kind of hobs. The handle of the piece is heat resistant and ergonomic, manufactured in stainless steel, with a professional finish. It is recommended to wash the piece by hand so as not to damage the non-stick layer. This product has an exceptional 10-year warranty.
