Description
This South American wood from the tonka bean tree has a beautiful mahogany colour. It is a very hard and heavy wood, which is particularly resistant to all kinds of fungi due to its hardness. It is one of the most durable woods. The houses we select are ecologically certified and are perfect for making bench seats on our gabions. The delivery is already pre-assembled on our short rails. This is ideal for mounting on baskets that have a base area of 105 x 30 cm. They are approximately 115 cm long, 40 cm wide and 2 cm thick. Please note that the wood is a natural product, which may vary in colour shading and grain. Our high-quality wood products from sustainable cultivation are chemically untreated. This means that individual fine wood fibres may straighten up in some areas after the first effects of moisture - not visibly, barely noticeable.
