Description

This South American wood from the tonka bean tree has a beautiful mahogany colour. It is a very hard and heavy wood, which is particularly resistant to all kinds of fungi due to its hardness. It is one of the most durable woods. The houses we select are ecologically certified and are perfect for making bench seats on our gabions. Installation is possible with the brackets on gabions, the short rails in the gabion or the long rails between two gabions. The set consists of four cuts. They are approximately 115 cm long, 9 cm wide and 2 cm thick. Please note that the wood is a natural product, which may vary in colour shading and grain. Our high-quality wood products from sustainable cultivation are chemically untreated. This means that individual fine wood fibres may straighten up in some areas after the first effects of moisture - not visibly, barely noticeable.
