The dress has a high tied neckline with a low V-neck keyhole opening and long balloon sleeves with elasticated cuffs.The mini skirt is trimmed with a lettuce hem and tonal white piping. The pretty floral dress is made from certified recycled polyester which reduces the dependence on petroleum as a raw material and can prevent plastic from ending in landfill.
